Here are some pics from the 20 minute walk to Auguste Blanqui market, but most at the market itself. It is simply amazing, especially on a sunny autumn morning. The huge wheel of Comté cheese was just cut in half in one quick pull of a wire on the ground...my photo is little out of focus as I scrambled to shoot the pic as it happened so quick. All of the merchants are very friendly and personable, though it helped that I was not English (England beat France last night in the rugby semi-finals)!
