Some bumps and bruises after the first ever roller blading session for Tom, Liam and moi, but we survived. We also met Jan and Deanne's cousin (Angie), her husband (Chris) and their friends (all from Calgary) who were passing through on a quick holiday to London and Paris. The heat (24 C), over the last two days, has brought everyone in the city out onto the streets, into the cafes, into the parks, and onto the paths and roads (approx. 4000 skaters in one large formal group passed us by too). Wow - a seriously vibrant city this weekend!
